Ordering Information - Ordering and Reserving Orchid Flasks

First, you must notify me that you want to partake in this program so I keep track. Dollar volumes are cummulative FLASK purchases over the past 12 months and INCLUDE the total of your current order. However, discount rates are not retroactive, they apply to the current order only. Flask Discount does not apply to SALE items / special packages. This discount applies ONLY to orchid flasks, not compots, seedlings, etc...

5% Discount on 12 month order volume over $300
10% over $500
15% over $1000
20% over $1500
25% over $2500

Here's a quick example:

1st Order 7-10-02
Total Flasks Ordered = $250 (12 month level $250, no discount)

2nd Order 9-10-02
Total Flasks Ordered = $250 (12 month level $500, 10% discount = $25)

3rd Order 11-10-02
Total Flasks Ordered = $500 (12 month level $1000, 15% discount = $75)

4th Order 9-10-03
Total Flasks Ordered = $150 (12 month level $900, 10% discount = $15)

Reserving Flasks

As noted in my Orchid listings, all successful pollinations are listed in the "for sale" sections, under flasks. Flasks which are not listed as "available now" may be reserved at ANY time at the price listed at the time of reservation. Reservations are NOT an obligation to buy, but please only make a reservation if you are seriously interested in purchasing the flasks when they become available. Making a reservation locks in your price should I decide to raise it later. Conversely, if I lower the price, you will be reserved at that new, lower price!

Flasks listed with a quantity of "N/A" are available at any reasonable quantity as I have not yet specified the number of replates to be made. Flasks listed with a quantity are limited to the available quantity as replates orders have already been placed. Please also note that the availability of these flasks is dependent on successful germination and development.

All of my flasks are produced by a top-quality flasker who services many commercial orchid ranges. Shipped Flasks are ready to be placed into compots. Flasks average 25 seedlings although the actual number may vary.

Flasks are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so make your reservations now! The estimated date of availability is just that, an estimate! When flasks are ready for delivery, I will notify you via email. To make your reservations, simply send an email!
